Introduction
INJAZ Tunisia is dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs and supporting innovative
business ideas to drive economic growth in Tunisia. As part of our ongoing efforts, we are
seeking proposals from experienced entrepreneurship experts to provide review and
coaching services to our beneficiaries who have already prepared their business plans. The
coaching will focus on refining their plans and ensuring readiness for implementation or
presentation to potential stakeholders.
Scope of Work
The selected expert will be responsible for the following:
- Business Plan Review: Evaluate the beneficiaries’ business plans, ensuring they
meet industry standards and align with market realities. - Coaching Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions with
beneficiaries to provide tailored feedback and actionable recommendations. - Report Preparation: Provide a summary report for each beneficiary, outlining the
strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement in their business
plans. - Capacity Building: Equip beneficiaries with the skills and knowledge needed to
refine their business strategies and improve their presentation skills. - Engagement Timeline: Deliver all services December 31, 2024
Expected Deliverables
● Reviewed business plans with detailed feedback.
● Individualized coaching session plans and materials.
● Summary reports for each beneficiary, including actionable insights.
● A final report summarizing the engagement outcomes and lessons learned.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
● Proven expertise in entrepreneurship, business development, and startup coaching.
● A minimum of [5 years] experience in reviewing and coaching business plans.
● Strong understanding of the Tunisian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
● Excellent communication and coaching skills in Arabic and/or French (English is a
plus).
● Prior experience working with NGOs or similar organizations is preferred.

- Technical Proposal: Detailed methodology and approach for reviewing and
coaching business plans. - Financial Proposal: Fee structure and any associated costs.
- Resume/CV: Highlighting qualifications and relevant expertise.
- References: At least two professional references.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following:
● Relevant experience and expertise (40%).
● Quality and feasibility of the technical proposal (30%).
● Financial proposal and cost-effectiveness (20%).
● References and prior performance (10%).
